Materials:

Instructions:
Clean your glass container: Start by thoroughly cleaning your glass container with warm soapy water. Rinse well and allow it to dry completely.
Create a drainage layer: Add a 1-2 inch layer of small pebbles or gravel to the bottom of the container. This will help prevent root rot by allowing excess water to drain away from the plant roots.
Add activated charcoal: Sprinkle a thin layer of activated charcoal on top of the drainage layer. This helps to keep the water clean and prevent mold growth.
